Getting an inside look at what Filipino men are like is as easy as looking through glass. Typically, most Filipino men are the same. Inside, everyone is protective. Being males, like most animals, they ensure that their companions are well cared for. Instinctively, men will do anything to protect their women. This is the reason why, when crossing the street, men are always on the dangerous side of women.

Filipino men are programmed to be gentlemen. From childhood, they were taught to respect their elders and to be polite. They open doors for their dates, pull out chairs, open car doors, etc. When they get out of the vehicle, they hold the woman’s hand to help her get out and prevent her from tripping. These gestures may sound a bit old-fashioned and some feminists may disapprove of them, but that’s how Filipino men are. They say “po” or “opo” to address their elders. Being polite and courteous is embedded in their DNA.

They can also be conservative because that’s how they grew up. Old-fashioned Filipino men still prefer women who show less skin to those who show more skin. Sometimes they also prefer shy and nice girls to loud and wild ones. For example, some men would avoid smoking, alcoholic girls who party all night. Other guys do like these girls, but the typical nice and sweet guy prefers to cuddle with the nice girls who stay at home.

Wanting to learn what Filipino men are like is the first step in getting closer to one. One thing about these men is that they are friendly and jovial. They love to look at smiling faces and prefer to laugh with friends, have a few drinks. They are also outgoing. Although Filipino culture is quite conservative, it does not prevent people from hosting parties and social gatherings.

Although they are outgoing, Filipino men tend to be quiet when it comes to expressing their feelings. They don’t really know how to say what they feel and prefer to remain silent. This is true in situations where they choose to be harmless.

Filipino men are known to be generous and hard-working. When they have something to share, they share it with friends or family. They are considered excellent breadwinners for their families because they always put the needs of the whole family first. This is why men work hard and focus on their work.

Filipino men, especially those raised as Christians, are God-fearing. Therefore, they are loyal and faithful to their loved ones and their wives. Once they say their vows, it is until death do them part.

Guys with these characteristics are worth meeting, and who knows? They can grow on you. Kind, thoughtful, loving, respectful, loyal, intelligent, outgoing, and God-fearing men are rare. They’re weird and they’re the kind to calm down and get serious. These characteristics personify what Filipino men are like once you take the time to get to know them better.
