The Basics of Physical Weight Training Design

Physical training with weights can be divided into several areas in which someone can design and follow a specific goal. There is a weight training program for muscle hypertrophy where you follow specific weightlifting parameters that are different from strength training, for example.

There is also physical training that is designed to make you gain strength where the main goal is to lift heavy weights. There is also high-volume resistance training that has its place in the fitness arena and can complement other weight training programs.

So the idea here is that you learn that there is no perfect program to follow forever. But the smart way is to use all these principles if you are interested in progressing to a higher level.

The interesting thing for a novice trainee to know about the above resistance training methods, in one way or another, is that they complement each other.

So, for example, it is known that if a beginning trainee starts training with weights, there will be a noticeable gain in muscle tissue, but the progress will stop or have a minimal result. Therefore, one way to go is to stop the current type of training during which the muscle hypertrophy type of training occurs. Follow for example the principle of strength gain where the individual gains more strength to lift heavier weights than before.

Consequently, this will lead to a greater adaptation of the body and more muscle growth becomes necessary to adapt to the new (heavier) stress that the body is going through.

Therefore, it is important that you evaluate your resistance training and make the necessary adjustments to move forward, whether you are a woman or a man who is completely satisfied and happy with your fitness results.

And that is what distinguishes people with greater strength or a beautiful physique than most fitness enthusiasts who aim at random or worse, have no goal or target to follow.
