Being overweight causes billions of dollars a year in weight-related health problems. Once you’ve identified your metabolic type, you can match it with the right foods you’ll need to eat to burn fat, lose weight, and maintain your new, healthier body. Again, there are numerous articles and programs out there that will tell you exactly what foods, in what combinations, are needed to turn your particular metabolic body type into a fat-burning machine. Once you’ve figured out the foods you need to eat, your fat burning eating plan will work for you 24 hours a day and never require you to be hungry. In fact, if you are hungry, you will not lose weight.
