Do you want to lose weight? Then get off the couch!

Do you want to lose weight and then get off the couch?

That’s right, I said get off the couch. Most people think they can think they are thin. Looking at magazines or watching TV shows with slim women and hoping that you can look like this will only take you so far. There is a way you can have that body, however it involves getting off the couch and moving your body.

Most women are afraid of hitting a gym and working out, as much as we want those star bodies, we wish we could make our nose shine like Haunted and make it happen instantly. So you wonder if I want to lose weight and have that body, how do I get started? Let’s start with the first step:

# 1: Go for a walk! Do you have a pet or a child? This will give you the opportunity to talk with your child, have a one-on-one, and spend quality time with him or her and bond. It won’t feel like work at all and it will help your metabolism start burning some of that fat. Go on a hike or walk on the beach if you live near a lake or ocean. Take your pet or child to the park. Just move. Exercise can be fun!

# 2: Avoid Sugar and Sugar Substitutes – Aspartame and Nutra Sweet or Equal are excitotoxins and poisons. They cause a host of symptoms like arthritis, fatigue, and many more. Please do your best to avoid them at all costs. Opt for Stevia, which is a natural sweetener without all the chemical poisons. Your liver will be happy that you skipped this one.

# 3: Drink water! This sounds simple, but do you realize how many people are dehydrated and don’t even know it? You need to drink at least half your body weight in water every day. If you weigh 150 lbs. than you need to drink 75 oz. of water. Drink only purified or filtered water. Try to drink a glass first thing in the morning when you wake up and before each meal, this will help you feel full and not eat as much as usual.

# 4: eat more fruits and vegetables! If possible, eat only organic products, this will help eliminate many of the toxins that our liver has to filter and eliminate. Fruits and vegetables also contain a lot of water, so they also help you feel full and are packed with fiber, vitamins, and nutrients that your body needs to function properly.

Just remember that once you give your body what it needs, it will help it burn fat naturally the way it should, without diet pills or potions.
