demonic possession

As I said before “Satan and the Demons are real anthropomorphic beings”. I know some people will never believe in demons, however, once seen and experienced for the first time, a person’s point of view is forever changed. If you are reading this post while thinking “Yeah right, demons aren’t real”. then you have never experienced the phenomenon yourself. If you are a Christian, Jewish, Atheist, Satanist or anything else, if you do not have first hand experience with demons, you are not qualified to speak or write on the subject………… PERIOD! !

In my blog post titled “Rituale Romanum – The Exorcist’s Manual,” I explained how the Catholic Church admits its belief in demonic possession but writes, publishes, and currently uses the document as a process manual with an entire section on exorcism. Why would the church write a book like the “Rituale Romanum” if they don’t believe that possession actually takes place?

“The Rite of Exorcism is not only sanctioned by local parishes, but certain sections of the Rituale Romanum are redacted figuratively by the Vatican by including the following statement in the associated sections: “The texts of the Rite of Exorcism are restricted to study and priests. exorcists who carry out this ministry under the direction of the diocesan bishop.” According to the Hocus Pocus line of thought and the revelation of conspiracy theorists, the church actually refuses to officially reduce the selected section to writing and therefore Therefore, the priest must have a “failsafe” type of quest briefing to properly prepare to wage cognitive warfare against the demons of the Satanic Pit.”

In the Christian Bible, the Christ performs an exorcism expelling demons from the possessed. Whether he believes that the events in the Bible actually happened or not, there is certainly a prior set (stare decisis) beginning in those written words about demonic possession.

Those who have reviewed William Friedkin’s visual interpretation of William Peter Blatty’s book “The Exorcist” should know that extensive artistic license was applied to the film and while some parts are accurate, others are for aesthetic purposes only. For example, I have seen demons hurt people, but I have never seen the demon cause cuts, disfigurement, or other physical injuries to the demon’s host. This is not the case and although the host will experience much discomfort during and after possession, the host is never disfigured.

Another point: “Demons seek those who seek demons.” That’s right; a person who is dabbling with demons is more likely (and susceptible) to demonic possession than someone who takes preventative measures using education, preparation, and common sense. I often correspond with those seeking to “conjure a demon” and while this is certainly an admirable thing to aim for, if they don’t know what they are doing, they can unknowingly open the gates of hell and release a demon that ” not so willing to help in magical endeavors.” If you want to use my books to conjure demons, I advise you to take precautions and educate yourself before attempting it. Warning Empty…………

A conversation about demonic possession often revolves around the topic of “familiars” and quite honestly, most people have no idea what familiars are or what role they are said to play in demonology or the satanic. I wanted to mention this in my Demonic Possession series as I have received emails with such inquiries. Let’s get started, okay?

As stated in the Britannica definition of a Familiar, we find that some of the Halloween folklore was taken from the Familiar. The depiction of black cats, toads, and other creatures can certainly be seen a few weeks before Halloween at any island from Target, WalMart, Costco, etc. Now, before the conspiracy theorists (or Christians) make up a new story that all retailers are worshiping the devil, let’s remember that consumers drive what is offered for sale in a retail store. These businesses aren’t performing satanic rituals in the back of the store to make sure the Captain Jack Sparrow mask sells… Disney maybe, but not the other retailers.

Most of us like to feel “safe” scared from time to time. Take, for example, the Ferris wheel or the roller coaster at the fair or amusement park. We want to be pushed out of our comfort zone, yet no one wants to die as a result. If the goal were death, Captain Sparrow’s sword would have a stainless steel blade instead of a plastic one.

Because we want to feel fear, we look for those things that will create the feeling we want. Family members are just that; objects (even people or animals) that create the desired sensation. It’s the same thing that makes us want to be around like-minded people of the same social status and beliefs. We don’t want to hang out with people who don’t inspire, educate, satisfy, or fulfill us in any way. We want to surround ourselves with…………….Family.

Familiars also come with a built-in attribute that can be very difficult to disassociate from at times. For us, the Familiar carries strong feelings of attachment and trust; two very difficult attributes to control in the human psyche.

For example, if you smoke a cigarette when you drink alcohol and want to quit, it can be very difficult to resist the temptation to smoke while drinking in the future…especially at first. The same thing can happen if you smoke a cigarette with your first cup of coffee in the morning. If you quit smoking, that morning coffee will surely “beg for a cigarette” in your subconscious every morning until something else fills that void in the collective psyche.

Familiars are extremely strong for a drug addict who is trying to kick his addiction. The person who supplies the drug of your choice, the places where you usually get your dose, and the smell, taste, etc. all combine to make quitting smoking a very difficult task. The addict is encouraged to change his or her lifestyle, including dissociating from dealers, places, and other things that remind them of the “high” they experienced. No witches, frogs or creepy things… just psychological “rewiring” of the mind. Simply put, relatives must be replaced and avoided in the future to avoid a relapse.

From a demonic possession standpoint, Familiars are just as important. From the priest wishing to banish a demon, to the coven attempting to extend an invitation to beings beyond the reach of earth, knowledge of associated Familiars is equally necessary and desirable. For the priest working from the Rituale Romanum, identifying and removing the Familiars will help break the cognitive connection between possessed and possessor. For the coven trying to attract demons, Familiars are used with equal vigor. Satanically blessed sacraments and ritual implements will help focus energy and also remove spiritual languor by creating a focal point for that energy, thus producing the desired results.

Using or omitting familiars is an important aspect of demonology and satanism. Role-playing while using Familiars is a powerful aesthetic and theatrical method to further open the mind to the subconscious and delve into the spiritual dimension.

“All Devils are not bad just as all Angels are not good.” Shakespeare said it best 400 years ago: “There is nothing to fear but fear itself” and “Hell is empty; all the devils are here.”

There have been countless reported demonic possessions throughout history. Some are legitimate and substantiated, however most are not. In most cases a clinical or other explanation can be found for what is called “possession”. As our civilization becomes more educated and open-minded about possession, more cases are dismissed for what they really are: physical/mental illness, drug abuse, or other rationality. However, there are those events that do not fit perfectly into one or more of these diagnoses and are classified as Demonic/Satanic Possession.

The breakdown of the human psyche is a terrifying event when mixed with demons. However, possession is not always a theatrical affair nor is it as depicted in the movie The Exorcist.

Believe it or not, demons prefer to be invited and usually wait for the host to extend an invitation through rituals or other magical devices. Demons can possess the host unintentionally, but usually the host performs some act that can be misinterpreted as an invitation. This can happen through Relatives as discussed above.

Opening yourself to satanic or demonic forces is serious business and should be treated as such. In popular culture, the Ouija board has played an important role in opening the host in preparation for possession. When a person opens up and submits their mind and body to being, the process is set in motion. Whether intentionally or not, once the chain of events is set in motion, the script must be enacted on the stage that is everyday life. Occult “hobbyists” are often the guinea pigs for powerful demonic forces.

A big mistake “hobbyists” make is underestimating the demonic power and energy that a being can easily handle. I equate this force to a rip current. No matter how hard you fly to swim against the current, you will only use up all your energy before you are carried out to sea or you drown. Once in the grip of the force, not even a glare will break the force. Dire consequences will surely await fans. Evil can be a fierce power, and the wages for summoning it may be too high for the ignorant or unprepared.

The Anneliese Michel case is often mentioned by those trying to prove or disprove possession. The case has been labeled by some as mental illness, neglect, abuse and religious hysteria. She suffered from epilepsy and was treated in various clinics in Germany in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Michel, a devout Catholic, began to attribute her condition to demonic possession. Michel became intolerant of sacred places and objects, such as the crucifix, which she attributed to her own demonic possession.

Once convinced of her possession, Anneliese, her parents, and the exorcist stopped seeking medical treatment and placed her fate solely in the hands of the exorcism rites. Sixty-seven exorcism sessions, one or two a week, lasting up to four hours, were performed over about ten months in 1975 and 1976. On July 1, 1976, Anneliese died in her sleep.

Said events have been sensationalized in the media as possessions, however most have a logical explanation that does not include demons or Satan. Possession is much more tenuous than most people realize and while a person vomiting pea soup is more entertaining, the fact remains that most of the fight between good and evil takes place within the brain of the person. possessed. This is more dangerous than the physical manifestations because it is difficult to diagnose what is not seen. There is no doubt that some people who commit unspeakable acts against humanity are in fact possessed by demons; not all but some.

A skilled wizard can invite demons to inhabit them while performing rituals and spells. Preparation is important and knowledge of the Demonic and Satanic is required for success.
