A muscle building routine

Following a muscle-building routine gives anyone the best opportunity to gain weight and build muscle. This is more important for certain people, but anyone will find it helpful to be guided by a great exercise program.

The people who need the guidance more than anyone else are people who make money. Hardgainers work out just as hard as everyone else, but they don’t see the same results. They spend hours in the weight room every week and can only gain a few pounds of muscle over a long period of time.

The first thing hardgainers need to realize is that their bodies are different from most people’s. Your muscles recover more slowly than other people’s muscles and you need more time for these muscles to fully recover and heal before attacking the weights again. When they train with tired muscles that are not fully healed, they will only weaken them.

Hardgainer needs to find a routine that requires less time in the gym and more time off. Three to four hours a week is the perfect amount of weight lifting. Each session should not last more than an hour. This will give your muscles time to heal, but it’s also enough to trigger significant muscle growth.

The last step to improve your body and increase your volume starts today. Most people put things off like this and the longer you put them off, the less chance there is that you’ll actually go ahead and do it. Once you find a routine that suits your strengths and weaknesses, you’ll be well on your way to serious muscle growth.
