Try to reduce the amount of food you eat every day. This will allow you to reduce your calorie intake. At the time of pregnancy there is a great need for calories. This is for the reason of maintaining normal healthy function for you and also for your baby. But after giving birth there is no longer such a need. But it does not indicate that you should reduce it drastically and suddenly. It must be done gradually.

Try to do some light free hand exercises whenever the trainer advises it. Exercises are necessary for rapid weight reduction. But check with the coach beforehand.
