To get rid of your man boobs (or moobs) you must implement the use of kettlebell training. Get rid of sagging by building lean muscle mass, period! The Overhead Kettlebell Swing is a single lift that you can use to burn a ton of calories and slim your body as fast as any exercise you can do. This lift is performed by holding the kettlebell with both arms and letting it hang at the groin. From here on, your feet should be shoulder-width apart. You must initiate a movement called a hip snap to swing the bell from between your legs to the top of your head. The hip snap is done by constantly having to flex and extend the hip and knee joints to swing the bell back and forth like a pendulum. As the momentum gradually increases, keep increasing the force of the swing allowing the bell to rise above your head. This is a surefire way to build muscle and burn excess body fat that you don’t want. You will see that the key to burning fat is speeding up your metabolism and the key to speeding up your metabolism is building lean muscle mass.
