FitTeam Fit Product Review

A FitTeam Fit Stick is a proprietary blend of organic ingredients that you can pour into water or mix into a beverage of your choice, making it really easy to use on the go.

The product is organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free, kosher, and suitable for vegans. Contains a blend of the following ingredients: green tea, l-theanine, garcinia cambogia, cayenne pepper, 5-htp, caffeine anhydrous, citrus aurantium, grapefruit seed extract, cranberry powder, b-12, and niacin.

Advertised benefits are that it may help increase energy, enhance fat loss, improve mental focus, antioxidant benefits, improve mood, control appetite, control blood glucose, and improve fat metabolism.

If you read all of the above, you may realize that very little of the product information really differs from every other product out there, in fact, it all sounds more or less the same.

For this review, I want to look at four main factors that really make a difference in a health supplement: uniqueness, ease of use, efficacy, and side effects.

Before I provide you with an analysis of each of those factors based on the research I have conducted, both online and offline, I should point out that I am in no way in a position to give any legally qualified medical advice and that this review is simply my opinion. .

Uniqueness

We’ve all heard the “all natural” shade over and over again as it’s quickly becoming an advertising craze. The words completely natural are not defined and could literally mean anything at this point.

Where this product is unique is that it is organic, kosher, and vegan. Having only one of these qualities makes the product unique enough, but having all three qualities in one product makes the product a rare commodity.

Being free of soy, lactose, GMO, and gluten is a very common thing, so I don’t find those details quite impressive, since they are pretty much the default setting for any supplement.

Easy to use

I have used many other supplements. Some of them are in pill form, powder form, or even drink form. Tea FitStick It ranks very high on my list for its ease of use.

The packaging itself is very small and since it’s not pre-mixed into a drink, you can simply buy a bottle of water wherever you go and make a drink anytime with relative ease.

There are no pills to take and it’s not a messy process. In terms of ease of use, I find this product to outperform many of the other products I have used.

Effectiveness

Let’s be honest here, the product comes with a recommended meal plan that focuses on cutting carbs and caloric restriction. Although it contains known metabolism-boosting ingredients such as green tea and caffeine, the effectiveness of these natural ingredients is minimal by themselves.

This is not a miracle cure, even if you burn an extra 10% of the calories you eat, it won’t save you from overeating, as you’ll end up gaining weight more slowly or not at all.

However, almost all supplements recommend a calorie-restricted diet, so I can’t take away many points of effectiveness. Some of the customer reviews indicate that they have lost up to 10 pounds in the first 5 days, some of which I have personally verified, but I believe that such results can also be achieved with many other supplements when combined with exercise. and reduced calories.

Side effects

There really aren’t any worthwhile negative side effects out of the ordinary unless you have a medical condition or adverse reaction while taking this product.

The amount of caffeine per serving is about half of what is in a can of soda and there is some niacin in the product that is known to make your face flush, but there is nothing in it that actually has negative side effects. checked.
