Of many fish recipes, I chose the one with the combination of fish and banana because it is very unique and not everyone has tried to eat this type of food. Here are the things you need that will only yield up to 4 servings:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of flour

2 teaspoons of curry powder

1/4 teaspoon soy sauce

4 bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise

1 pound fish fillets

1 tablespoon of oil

3 celery stalks, sliced

4 tablespoons of butter

2 tablespoons lemon juice

When everything on the list is prepared, then it is time to follow the instructions to cook the Fish with Banana Recipe.

Addresses:

1. Mix flour, curry powder and soy sauce; cover the plantains and the fish with this mixture; set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté celery until crisp; set aside.

3. Add butter to oil; sauté plantains until golden brown, about 1 minute per side. Drizzle the plantains with half the lemon juice and remove to a serving plate.

4. Sauté fish in butter-oil mixture until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 3 minutes per side. Sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice. Place on a serving plate with the plantains. Arrange celery over fish.
