Don Laughlin Classic Car Museum & Private Collection

Don Laughlin, owner of Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, NV, has been a car enthusiast for over 78 years. Don Laughlin and four of his friends have these 85 cars on display. He also has several car collectors who display his cars and can sell them while they are on display.

One of the best things is that Don Laughlin is also in the detailing business and details his own cars, which rival the collection of the Harrah kids in Reno. Mr. Laughlin’s collection is only 12 cars away from Jay Leno’s incredible collection in Southern California, which is also something to see. These vintage cars have many different paint jobs and many are truly original; Also in his collection are two Deloreans, which are unpainted polished stainless steel.

Don Laughlin was not available to meet with us during our visit, but the casino and collection staff treated us very well and allowed us to ask questions about the collection and future purchases for this item. The collection can be viewed and is free, young children must be accompanied by an adult. Riverside Casino is the oldest casino in Laughlin and is undergoing a massive renovation with a pedestrian bridge across the street to the trailer park and a new five-level parking structure.

We really enjoyed our trip to Laughlin Nevada and while you are there you can spend the day by the river and enjoy the many casinos that are there. Across the river on the Arizona side, there are also jet ski rentals, camping, and places to eat. Of course, while the kids are having fun, I recommend the car museum.
