How can you use social media platforms to create strong online marketing campaigns?

If you are not present online, it does not mean that your brand/product is “review” free. Whether you have a social presence online or not, people are talking about you (funny thing is, people are talking about you not being online).

Most people think that if they don’t get involved in the online social phenomenon, nothing bad can happen to their brand/product awareness. Most people are right. But, if someone expects your brand to be online and they can’t find it, that’s a bad thing.

Social networks are part of our lives. Most importantly, social media is an important part of your customer’s life. So why not be there and turn those people into friends? Why not earn their trust and build an educated and consistent community?

Most companies think of social media campaigns in terms of “banners”, “advertorials”, “press releases” and “ad campaigns”. Yes, having a website with information about your products and services is important, but how do you plan to attract people and keep them coming back without always having to pay Google to display your banners and text ads?

Difficult question.

A community gives you the flexibility to act on the needs of your customers. It gives you the group of people who can promote your new products without paying launch campaigns. In addition, you have access to a high level of “how to educate” your community and have a free platform to create a customer service campaign.

The Internet can be accessed not only from a PC or laptop, but also by phone. You can stay in touch with your community while keeping in touch with your clients in your office. The sky is the limit and costs are getting lower.

Social media campaigns bring your customer closer.

If you give a man a fish, it calms his hunger. If you teach him to fish, you feed him. But if you create a social media campaign, give him a fishing boat, teach him how to fish, give him a full set of tools, and go fishing with him for a weekend.
