Our thoughts are material. If you have set a clear goal and go toward it no matter what gets in your way, then your body will adjust accordingly. The path to the dream body begins with setting the goal and acquiring the motivation. Motivation is extremely important for anyone, because it is the key to success in anything. There are people who manage to stay on the same diet for years, but their results differ. Those who really got rid of annoying extra kilograms and changed beyond recognition, confessed that their motivation had always been rock-hard.

The main goals of the first stage are to normalize intestinal activity and increase the protein absorption quotient, because protein is the most important element for maintaining muscle mass. To do this, we have to temporarily unload the intestines by restricting the consumption of protein and fat to a minimum physiological norm. After that, we have to stimulate intestinal activity with the help of dietary fiber, and also normalize the balance of bifidobacteria that facilitate protein absorption.

Many people think that it is easier to convert someone to another religion than to convince them to change their eating habits. In the first phase, you need to create the basis for your healthy nutrition.

Let’s start by drastically reducing the consumption of meat and fish to the lowest physiological norm. In addition, we mainly use vegetable oils to balance intestinal activity and increase the absorption coefficient of proteins. But you shouldn’t stop eating protein and fat at all! Your total protein intake should not be less than 50g per day!

Physical activities
In the first stage, the main physical activity should be walking. Walking is a type of aerobic exercise. It works best when done in the morning. Before walking, drink a glass of water. You must do it on an empty stomach. In case you walk at night, do not eat anything for at least an hour before exercise.
