Pranic healing saved my daughter

Pranic healing saved my daughter

Pranic healing saved my daughter from the deadly dengue fever. We human beings have great spiritual powers at our disposal to heal humanity. Here is my story.

The doctors gave Pauline a 40% chance of survival which was decreasing by the day. Dengue fever was taking the life out of my little daughter’s fragile body. With a blood pressure of 60 above nothing, blood platelets that were well below normal, and a very weak pulse that could send my daughter into a coma at any moment, my husband and I braced ourselves for the worst.

Pauline was in Stage 3 of the deadly mosquito-borne disease called dengue fever. The dengue epidemic was raging with children dying by the hour in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Children’s Medical Center of the Philippines. As the dead children were transferred from the ICU to the hospital morgue, I broke down in tears. It could only be a matter of time for my dear little one. The power of Western medicine had come to an end and it was time to turn to a spiritual healing power that remains a mystery to the casual observer. I turned to pranic healing.

Pranic healing is an ancient science and healing art that uses prana or life energy to heal the body. It is a powerful and effective non-contact energy healing system. It is based on the principle that the body has the natural ability to heal itself by increasing the available life force of the cosmic universe. For the layman, pranic healing is blessing the sick with good energy or loving-kindness from God, a form of loving service. It may be powerful enough to effect healing in distant places around the world.

I learned pranic healing by participating in yoga and meditation. Now, I had to use it to save my daughter. The ICU didn’t allow parents into the room, so I did the healing from the glass window in Pauline’s room, where I got a good view of her very weak body. “This is it, God,” I whispered. “Everything is in your hands now.”

With alternate sweeping, energizing and stabilizing movements, I gave it my all. I optimized what I had learned from the pranic healing gurus. I knew that the people around me thought I was going crazy, but that didn’t stop me from doing what I had to do. The sight of the IV fluids, blood bags, and tubes in Pauline’s body encouraged me to continue. Now the muscles in her arms ached. My hands got hot with each blow. “You must never stop,” I told myself. “She depends on you.”

Halfway through healing, I saw Pauline sleeping soundly for the first time since she was admitted to the ICU. She did a few more strokes and she was fast asleep. As the final shot, I cast a bright blue light all over her body. Peace was written all over her face now. He knew that she was on her way to healing.

The next day, the doctors were amazed at her recovery, leading them to declare her out of danger. Within days, she was out of ICU.

Pranic healing saved my daughter and I have no doubt that it did. Perhaps it is my open mind to this spiritual act of healing that opened the channels for her own healing. It is said that an intelligent person is not closed-minded. He doesn’t behave like an ostrich who buries his head in the ground trying to avoid new ideas and developments.

I am Roman Catholic; I am not a Buddhist. But let me quote what Lord Buddha said: “Go and do your duty. Show kindness to your brothers and save them from suffering.”
