My method of hypnosis

During the many years that I have practiced and talked about hypnosis, my students and readers of my books have asked me not only how I first learned about it, but also what exactly hypnosis is.

Hypnosis is the tool I use to travel beyond the conscious mind into the hidden realms of the subconscious, where answers and solutions to bothersome problems and phobias reside. When a subject is induced using hypnosis at the deepest subconscious level, known as the “sleepwalking” state, he is able to access past lives and the vast knowledge of Spirit.

Various methods of hypnosis have been in use for thousands of years, by shamans in primitive tribal cultures, as well as ancient Greek philosophers such as Socrates. The word hypnosis comes from the Greek word “hypnos”, which means sleep.

In the recent past, hypnosis was most commonly used to help conquer harmful habits like smoking or overeating and to reduce stress and anxiety. This is done by suggestion and positive reinforcement while the subject is in trance. But much more, including forgotten lives and knowledge, can be discovered by inducing the subject into a sleepwalking state.

My method of hypnosis uses visualization so that subjects can quickly reach a sleepwalking state. At this level of the subconscious, the subject is removed from their conscious thoughts and is able to travel freely through time and space at their own pace. It is necessary to point out that I am only a facilitator and guide in this process and everything that the subject lives is happening directly to him and not through me.

Many different methods and procedures of hypnosis can be used until the subject finds the one that is most comfortable for them. One method uses the visualization of an elevator. When the subject feels that he has reached the correct floor and the elevator door opens, he has a desire to get off and explore everything he sees. When the session ends, the elevator ascends through the sleepwalking and subconscious states until the subject is re-engaged with their conscious mind.

Since the conscious mind is not active during hypnosis, most subjects only remember fragments of their sessions, so I record each and every session to allow them to hear what they revealed about this or a past life and how they felt. they healed themselves.

It is always fascinating to watch a subject’s reaction when listening to a tape of their session for the first time. And it’s always gratifying to be able to help a subject face an irrational fear, heal from a lingering illness, or simply experience the sense of wonder along with them when they encounter their real or higher self.

Without hypnosis, none of these extraordinary journeys would be possible.
