Modern medicine promotes the belief that health and wellness are a safe bet, genetically driven and, at best, pure luck. The nine most common surgeries in the United States are tonsillectomies, myringotomies, cataract removal, lower back surgery, gallbladder removal, hysterectomies, cesarean section, sleep apnea, and jaw pain.

As Dr. Myss said, “…every thought and feeling we have is an act of power that has…biological consequences.” To change any biological consequence you need to change your thoughts, which changes your feelings. Your new thoughts/beliefs must be changed to empower you to take control of your health.

To eliminate/avoid the most common reasons for surgery, it is important to know the thoughts/beliefs that create the malfunction of the body and healthy thoughts/beliefs to prevent or cure it.

Tonsillitis, Quinsy, Sore throat – cause: Fear, Suppressed emotions, Suffocated creativity, A strong belief that you cannot speak for yourself and ask for your needs, Feeling unable to express yourself. Holding angry words.

Cesarean-cause: Belief in old wives’ tales. Belief: Childbirth should be painless. Fear. Stopping the process. Rejection of female processes. The unhealed aftermath of childhood sexual abuse/rape or adult rape causes the memory of the trauma to interfere with the natural process of childbirth. Tip: Write these thoughts on a 3X5 card. Read them silently or out loud 3 times when you wake up and before you go to sleep.
