3 Step Reiki Healing Exercise to Help You Sleep Better

2. Place one hand on your forehead and the other on your stomach. Watch your breath as you inhale and exhale. Pay attention that your abdomen rises and falls, swells when you inhale and compresses when you exhale.

3. Keep lying in this position for 10 to 15 minutes. For this exercise to be effective, you must focus your attention as detailed in step 2. Only then can you gradually relax and fall asleep.

If you do it regularly, this exercise will go a long way toward restoring your normal sleep pattern. It will cure your insomnia for a while and you can enjoy a good night’s rest every day.
